“If we had a keen vision and feeling of all ordinary human life… we should die of that roar which lies on the other side of silence.”
- George Elliot, Middlemarch

You may have arrived here because…

  • You may be struggling to know who you are or where you belong. You may feel like you’re “just existing,” or be struggling to make important choices.

  • You might not be sure why you want therapy, but something in life may feel urgent, suffocating, or “out of whack;” it may feel like something is missing.

  • You may feel regularly overwhelmed or anxious. You may be struggling to complete projects, or be so caught up in worry that you can’t find joy in the events of your day.

  • You may be experiencing symptoms of depression. You may be unable to find joy or passion, even in the things you once loved.

  • You may be seeking support to navigate or cope with the stress, adversity and chaos in daily life.

However you got here, you are so welcome. If you think my services will be a good fit for your needs, I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation.

Especially these days, life can be overwhelming.

You might feel like you’re “just existing” as the stress of daily life builds. You may be facing important life decisions without a clear sense of direction, or it might feel like something is wrong or missing — you may know what that is, or you might be unsure. It may be a struggle to find joy in the activities or experiences that used to bring you happiness. Worry might be eating away so much of your time that there’s little space left for you to enjoy your day. You may be struggling with things like apathy, fear, anxiety, fatigue, exhaustion. You may feel like you’re not sure who you are, or you may feel like you don’t fit anywhere. Regardless of your reasons for seeking therapy, you deserve a secure and open-minded space to address your problem at its root.

My approach is personalized and empowering.

The style of therapy I offer is particularly useful for people whose concerns are chronic and resistant to change, or that impact multiple areas of their lives.

Depression, anxiety and concerns related to identity are rarely one-size-fits-all. What helps one person’s depression is not always the same thing that will help another person’s, just like what helps one person make life decisions confidently might look very different for someone else. I believe therapy should fit the person, their values, their chosen path — not the other way around.  I’ll take the time to get to know you, understand what works for you, and I’ll work to build a secure space where you can make deep and lasting change.
